FOUNDER

Prince Olagunju was born into the Royal Houses of the ancient towns of Offa and Oyo in Nigeria on the 13th day of May, 1964. He had both his primary and secondary education in two Lagos Catholic Schools. He is an investment banking and finance Executive of over 27 years. In the year 2005, he was appointed into The Union Bank PLC Group as Registrar/Managing Director & CE of Union Registrars Ltd.They are Registrars to several Companies quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange such as Union Bank, Guinness Nigeria PLC, Mobil Oil PLC, Cadbury PLC, Nestle PLC, John Holt PLC, Julius Berger PLC, Nigerian Cement Company PLC etc.

Prior to this appointment, he was with the First Bank PLC Group between the years 2000 and 2005 as Deputy Registrar of First Registrars Nigeria Ltd. Registrars to First Bank PLC, Oando PLC, Fidelity Bank PLC, Stanbic/IBTC Bank PLC, Nigerian Breweries PLC, PZ Industries PLC etc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration. He attended numerous courses both in Nigeria and Abroad. The last of such training was at the Prestigious Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

He qualified as a Chartered Banker/Associate in the October 1993 CIBN examinations. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and the Direct Marketing Institute.

On the anniversary of his 50th Birthday on the 13th day of May, 2014 (The feast day of Our Lady of Fatima), he founded by Divine inspiration, Lumen Christi Catholic TV Network. The first indigenous Catholic TV Network in Africa for the propagation of the Faith and spreading of the gospel of Christ. LCTN broadcast pure Catholic contents 24/7 on the DSTV platform Channel 350, website, internet TV and YouTube.

To the glory of God, Lumen Christi TV is seen across Africa and the entire world. He is the immediate past Vice Chairman of SS Philip and James Catholic Church, Lekki Parish Pastoral Council and immediate past Lekki Deanery Coordinator - Catholic Men Organization (CMO).

He is the Governing Council Chairman of Donum Christi College/Junior School a Catholic School located at Lekki, Lagos.

He is the Grand Patron of the Lagos Ecclesiastical Province of Catholic Women Organization (LEPCWO), He is also the National Patron of Catholic Actors and Entertainers Association of Nigeria (CAEAN) and Catholic Media Practitioners Association of Migeria (CAMPAN) He has received numerous Awards amongst which are SIGNIS Nigeria -  Catholic for Communication Award, Lagos Archdiocese Catholic Women Organization Lagos Archdiocese (CWONLA) - excellence award, Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria (CYON) - Patron of the Year award,  Lagos State Government Recognition award, World Union of Catholic Women Organization (WUCWO) excellence award, Yaba Deanery CWO and St. Cyprian Catholic Church OFFA, Kwara State  merit awards, Also, The African Christian Movies/Music (ACMA) Award, Confraternity of Christian Mothers, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos – Ambassador of Peace award etc.

He is happily married to Dr. Mrs. Clementine Olabisi Olagunju and the union is blessed with three Children.
